Car Hire
Located in Diss, Norfolk, Derek P. Fiske offers a variety of makes, models and sizes of car to suit your self-drive vehicle hire needs, whether your journey will be long or short, you can benefit from our in-depth industry knowledge, 45 years’ experience in the automotive industry and expert techniques to ensure a safe, enjoyable journey, whatever the occasion.
Van Hire
With over 45 years' experience in the self-drive vehicle hire industry, Derek P. Fiske's experienced team are on hand to ensure that your van hire experience is smooth and efficient -whether for work or personal reasons, hiring the right vehicle is an important decision and our staff are available Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 and Saturdays 8:30 – 13:00 to offer advice and guidance for your benefit.
Terms & Conditions of Hire
  • £250 deposit required on all vehicle hire. Payable by debit or credit card.
  • Vehicle hire is only available to drivers between 25 & 75 years of age.
  • Please contact us prior to your enquiry if you have points on your licence.
  • Insurance Excess £600.
  • Fuel Replacement Policy.
  • Please bring your Driving Licence every time you hire
  • Two Utility Bills for Proof of Address for a Second ID
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We now have to check Penalty points online so please do one of the following options:
Options 1: Visit https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence Follow the log in process. Choose the "GET YOUR CHECK CODE" tab then click print or save driving summary and print the page and bring this with you
Option 2: Bring in your National Insurance Number and we can check your info on our office computer.
NEW ULEZ INFORMATION
The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) replaced the T-Charge on 8 April 2019. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year, within the same area as the Congestion Charge zone.
Please check on the following link and let us know if you are going within the zone as not all of our vehicles comply.
